SHTWRLDS
SHTWRLDS, a multi-discipline auditory executive training program, is your gateway to failure in all frequencies. Get in on the ground floor and let the synthesized sounds guide you through the application, orientation and certification processes with 6 tales of woeful wisdom.
All basic track foundations were live-mixed, multi-synth single-take performances, with guitar, percussion, extra synths and vocals added later.

Cesspool Dreams - Born Lost
The second album from my duo with the awesome Matt Finney, released by Eugene, Oregon's Glossolalia Records. Streaming, digital, and an edition of 75 lovely smoke-colored cassettes. This time around, the music is super spare and primarily centered around the acoustic guitar, but is no less "bleak and forlorn" as the label describes it. It's a darkly atmospheric album, with lots of small details and deep washes of synthesizer to tickle your ears, alongside Matt's unique voice and poetic texts.
Cesspool Dreams - tunnels
"tunnels" finds us diving off into skeletal post-rock-ish waters, with slamming drums and spiky bass/coldhearted guitar interplay--with the cherry on top of it all being Matt speaking to you through crackling frequencies on the outro. A new single released in advance of our upcoming full-length on Glossololia Records.
Bookstupid
Bookstupid is Ryan Jetten, Scott Bazar and myself. Our debut recording is out now on Mobile, AL’s Make World Gooder Recordings, and it’s a free/pay-what-you-want download. Recorded by Ryan in Chickasaw AL, Scott in Panama City FL, and myself here in Montgomery AL, and all mixed up by Ryan in Chickasaw. It’s a NOISY affair, and is filled with surprises sunken deep into the mix. Grab some headphones and aspirin and give it a go, if you’re keen on this kinda damage.
Stull - Stullification
A collection of freaky composite & live recordings by long-running space rock, weirdo improv trio Stull. All tracks were recorded during 2018-2019 at The Subversive Workshop & remotely. Massaged, mixed & mastered by Jeff at The Subversive Workshop.
Tracks 1, 3, 5, 7 & 8 are composite pieces assembled by the band from blind individual recordings based on Tracy Harris' original field recordings & concepts. Tracks 2, 4 & 6 were recorded live to a field recorder at The Subversive Workshop on 11-25-18 & 1-20-19.
